I am just writing to you regarding the recent spate of vehicle crime you have been reporting to us.
On Tuesday (21st January ) we arrested someone we suspected to have been involved. They have been interviewed, charged with two offences and subsequently remanded for court this morning. The investigation continues for other reports.
Individual victims will be contacted by their officers in charge of the investigation should their crime be linked with any suspects or any action taken.
I hope this message reassures that we the Police are doing all we can to address crime in your area and respond with swift action to your reports
